Return Policy


Returns
Mahogany Springs Candle Co. makes every effort to ensure your order is correct.  However, if a mistake has been made or your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately and allow us an opportunity to correct the error at no additonal charge to you.  

If you are otherwise unhappy with your item, you may return it for an E-Gift Card in the amount of your purchase (shipping not included).  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return must also be processed within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, in the following situations, we will not accept returned items:
- The item is not in its original condition, has been burned, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- We were not notified within the 14-day window of a problem with your order. 

The 14-day return policy is strictly enforced. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns outside of this window.
